What We'll Delete
Personal data associated with your request — such as your name, email, phone number, appointment history, and uploaded documents — will be deleted from our active systems.
Information We May Retain
Certain information may be kept where we are legally required to do so — for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping requirements. We retain only what is necessary to meet those obligations.
Processing Timeframe
We aim to process data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your submission. Complex requests may take up to 60 days; we'll let you know if more time is needed.
